Returns, Refunds and Cancelations
Davies Florist strives to make sending flowers fast, simple, and worry free by providing the best customer service available. It is our belief, as a professional flower shop, we understand and appreciate the concerns of our customers. We have established this return/refund policy to provide our customers with a complete understanding of how replacement orders or refunds are processed. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you, or the recipient of your gift, are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please contact us promptly (we advise within one working day), and we will be glad to provide an appropriate adjustment, replacement, or refund, depending on the particular situation.
Due to the nature of the products we sell we do not offer returns.
Please keep in mind flowers and plants are perishable gifts and proper care is required to ensure you get the most life out of your gift.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided.

Refunds and replacements may not be possible after an item's useful life, and are at the discretion of the management.
Should you order multiple items unintentionally or submit a duplicate order in error, please contact us ASAP during our business hours, so we can facilitate any necessary changes.
While we review each order and make every effort to confirm details if questions arise, we can not be responsible for customer order submission errors unless we receive timely notification.
When booking wedding flowers a £50 deposit is required to secure your date. If in the unfortunate event of a cancellation the deposit will be classed as a booking fee and will be non refundable. This is stated at the bottom of the contract form signed when booking your flowers.
We strive to fill each order as closely as possible, so please be as specific as possible with your orders.
Please consider that flowers are a natural product, some are seasonal and are grown in other countries. We can not control how they are grown, so week to week flowers arrive and may be different sizes. Flowers are also bought on an auction so prices fluctuate weekly depending on demand. Most weeks flower prices change, this makes it difficult to provide products pictured on our website exactly how they are shown.
We do however try to make the product as close to the image as possible with what is available at the time you order and to the full value paid.
If a container, certain flowers, or other items are unavailable, reasonable substitutions may be used in order to expedite delivery of a similar gift of equal or greater value.
