Davies Florist only excepts orders online for Newport, South Wales. However, we will do our best to accommodate bigger distances so therefore please give us a call.

All deliveries will be made between 8am and 530pm on day of delivery, however Weddings and Funerals have a specific time frame and therefore special times will be taken for these orders. 

**PLEASE NOTE FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY ALL ORDERS MUST BE IN BEFORE 12 MIDDAY OF ORDER DATE**.

WE DO NOT DELIVER ON SUNDAYS*AND BANK HOLIDAYS (New Years day, Easter Sunday Monday, May Day, VE Day celebration or other Bank Holidays, Spring Bank holiday, August Bank holiday, Christmas Day, And Boxing day)

*Mothering Sunday, *Valentines Day, *Christmas Eve: -  Where these may fall on a Sunday we will endeavor to accommodate your orders for these days.

Our gifts are individually hand made and delivered. So, while orders may be canceled upon request with reasonable notice, cancellations may not be possible in some cases when items are already en route. If a recipient refuses to accept a delivery for some reason and/or an item needs to be redelivered to an alternate delivery address, a reasonable delivery charge may apply. Please keep in mind, however, we can not be responsible for circumstances beyond our control. For example, some floral deliveries can be delayed due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information, no one being available to accept a package when we first deliver, a patient being discharged from a hospital, server storm conditions, or other unforeseen factors. In such cases, we always do our best to reschedule delivery as soon as possible and contact the sender or recipient as needed. Of course, your assistance in providing complete and accurate delivery information, including the recipient's phone number, is very important, too.
