Our Story

Davies Florist is a friendly family run business based in the heart of Newport City Centre that has been established for over 79 years.

Started in 1942 in Newport Market Beatty Davies and her husband Harold had a small stall selling flowers grown at their own local nurseries. Naturally Beatty's Daughter Joan was introduced to the family business eventually opening her own shop in Upper Dock Street.
